Over the years, I’ve had facials, gel nails, gel toes, massages, and waxing, and every service has been top quality. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Gracie, a new member of the team, who did my gel toes and leg wax. She did an amazing job! My leg wax was the quickest and most pain-free I think I've ever had. Gracie is a fantastic addition to the already fabulous team, and I can't recommend this salon enough!”

“My friends and I have just come back from a Twighlight package. Full use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Dress robes towels and slippers and a complimentary drink £25 per person. It starts from 4pm-9pm. The lady on the phone said they leave at 5 pm, but there were friendly male staff on the reception who welcomed us and gave us our towels and robes. We used the changing rooms to change into which were clean. There are changing room toilets, showers, and plenty of room to change in. Remember to bring a pound with you for the locker. We spent a good two hours using the facilities. We were shown to a side room for spa packages to have our complimentary drink (a drink upto £6) and as the weather was nice, they had outdoor seating so we sat there with a beautiful pond and flowers as a view. We had a sandwich with crisps and salad for £7.90 and bowl of triple cut chips for £5. The food was yummy. The waiter was friendly and helpful with taking our orders and questions on food. A lovely relaxing evening after work. Well needed and worth the money!”

“Absolutely brilliant. Fair prices and excellent service. My shellac nails were perfect and lasted for 15 days without chipping! Lisa was great. I made a second appointment to remove them and Jane was wonderful, dealing with a very busy schedule and still patient and lovely with me and my daughter. She used her iPad to play videos and entertain her while she removed my shellac. Very child friendly, great prices and products and lovely service. I’m happy I found my beauty salon in Norwich. Will be going there for nails, lashes and waxing!”

“Had a daith piercing here on June 20th. I am ever so happy with it. The staff were friendly and invested in my comfort. I was asked to come back a little later as the piercer was busy. I returned and couldn't believe how friendly they were. The studio was clean and sterile and I felt at ease the entire time. The woman spoke to me the entire time to make sure my nerves were calm. “Lunch Experience at Jarrod’s Pantry Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying my favorite pie for lunch at Jarrod’s top-floor Pantry restaurant. At first, I was ready to leave as I wasn't in the mood for another carvery. However, I spotted the steak and kidney pie on the menu and couldn’t resist! I went back to the counter and chose a delightful meal of boiled and roasted potatoes with fresh vegetables, paired with a refreshing bottle of mango juice. The pie was generously filled with steak and kidney, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked to perfection. It truly made for an enjoyable meal! In total, my lunch cost £17.30, which kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. Jarrod’s is a relatively large restaurant, quite popular with the older generations. The staff-to-customer ratio is nearly always spot on, ensuring excellent service. Plus, there are several car parks within walking distance, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends or, like I did today, enjoy a meal alone.”
