“Finding out I was pregnant with twins, I was naturally quite nervous about the birth and what could/would happen. I signed up to Hayley’s classes to exercise and find out about labour, in a friendly and relaxed environment. I loved the classes and made new friends that I still keep in contact with, now our little ones have arrived. I found out so much information about labour (I thought I knew quite a lot, how wrong was I!) and loads of great exercises and birthing techniques. My labour was anything but straightforward, but I was able to stay calm and make decisions based on a sound understanding of what was going on. It gave me the confidence to make the right choices for me and go for a vaginal birth; which I managed...for one anyway! My husband and I also attended parenting classes with Hayley. These were invaluable when it came to my labour. Rick knew what I needed and had far less surprises on the day and after the birth!! I’ve also attended the Tinies classes with our beautiful daughters and hope to join Wrigglers classes next term. We can’t thank you enough Hayley, for helping ensure our daughters arrived safely and for helping me make new friends :)”

“i love that bingham finally has a proper, modern leisure centre. i mainly use the pool and it's always clean and a decent temperature. the whole place feels new and bright, which makes a big difference compared to some of the older gyms around. the gym floor seems well-stocked with equipment, and the changing rooms are kept very tidy. my only gripe is that it can get genuinely rammed after 5 pm on weekdays and the weekends are often chaos, especially with the swimming lessons. you definitely need to book your session in advance, but if you go off-peak, it’s brilliant. we’re lucky to have this facility in bingham!”

“Brilliant pool and excellent staff. Spotless now as well. Little one has swimming lessons with kieran he loves it. Also take him for splash pool visits as well. Toddlers free now as well. Very busy but well run.”
