“Good service from a blood test. Was able to book appt via the GP when I had a meds review by telephone. I usually don’t have problems obtaining appointments, although you’d have to be quick to phone on the dot at 8am and then stay in the queue for however long it takes. If the appt is urgent, the triage doc to will book you in there and then. For those that complain about not getting through, it’s just a matter of staying in the queue and getting the triage doc to call you back. Not all callbacks will be given an appt. : it would depend if it was appropriate or else, the doc will dispense advice instead. Noticed in the local news, this surgery was in the Top 10 for great services in the whole of Nottinghamshire.”
