“First time visiting for an Imax film. Staff were really, really nice; they even told me when I could enter the screening room when I was waiting outside, which I'd never experienced before. “A rainy Monday morning saw me stop here unexpectedly. Walked in to a quiet but laid back atmosphere. Greeted with a big smile and welcome by "Loren". She demonstrated excellent customer service with her attitude and friendliness. Not a dirty table in sight and toilets were clean. WiFi was a little sketchy though. Well done, a credit to Costa!”

“I think that this was an exceptional experience. The staff were kind and the cats were all friendly none of them bit anyone and it looked like my son wanted to stay there because there was a little cat who stayed on my son’s arm he was so happy! Everything was nice and the atmosphere was great there was an amazing build on the roof it was a massive obstacle course, there was a long strip of wood and it was very thin and the cats were walking across it. I was straight above it so I could see some cats put their legs on the side of the plank it was spectacular to see how they built everything. On average 25 cats in the building. They serve food and drinks too.”

We had soup and a sandwich which was very tasty and fresh, then we shared the fruit and cake platter and there was plenty for 2. The food and coffee was delicious and we will be returning very soon.
