“I went into the Whitely store at about 4pm yesterday, bought far more than I expected which I was struggling to lift. The kind, companionate ,till assistant put a store coin in my hand said…go get a trolley and I’ll take care of your shopping. After a very tiring day she was my Angel. A big, big thank you. “I ordered direct online with eurohike 6days ago and my tent hadn’t arrived by today as it was still in transit and the dispatch date (a day after ordering triggered the 3-5day delivery, Not from date of ordering . After spending an hour on call waiting directly to eurohike chasing the original delivery; they couldn’t help. I contacted Connor at this fareham store and they luckily had a tent to match instock. Whoopie!! They were so kind and helpful and would honour what I’d paid online. Just as the calls ended my delivery arrived! However I would highly recommend going to this store infuture for wonderful customer service!! Thankyou! Im taking My friend (62) for her first camp this weekend and am so pleased I have my tent now xxx”

“Came in today to get my daughters ears pierced. The girls working were so lovely. They made sure that we weren’t waiting around and that we were both ok. Went through everything we needed to do to keep my daughters ears from getting infected and they overall just took such good care of us. All on a busy Saturday as well. So thank you!!”

“There are three Costa's in Fareham town centre but this is the only one that has the plant based "ham & cheese" toastie, hence it's my go-to. Staff are pleasant & efficient and I've noticed a lot of regular customers where staff know their order. Being inside Tesco it's obviously a little lacking in ambience but it's beside some nice big windows where you can watch the world go by.”

“Popped into the Vintage Tea Room in Fareham with my partner and had such a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. I had the smashed avocado on toast and it was honestly amazing — super tasty and fresh. The tea was great too, just how I like it. Such a cosy little spot, we’ll definitely be coming back!”

The WiFi is much better than most coffee shops in the area so it's great for working on my laptop, plus there's plenty of plugs to charge while I'm here. Drinks are fab and staff are really friendly. Ren and Kathy are particularly lovely and always check in on how my course is going. It's lovely and a great environment overall! Thanks team ”
