“Sadly technology is making it impossible for me to leave a photograph. BUT! I can add the next best thing and that is an honest review. My wardrobe is slowly increasing with clothes from Rock n Romance due to the fact that I am getting beautiful fabrics, perfect tailoring, and not only a perfect fit (I am size 16 and their sizing is spot on) but authentic 1940s and 1950s style all in beautiful prints or my much loved plainer shades. The burgundy, green, ivory and navy items are all yummy. Full skirts give that truly authentic 'twirl' while the pencil skirts are so elegant. Clothing from the 'Hollywood' eras are so feminine and R&R have captured the alluring femininity in each item of clothing that they sell. Also it is just so easy to chat with a human being if you have a query and it's equally as easy to return an item if you need to. I cannot recommend this company enough as I would need reems of space! I long for the day when I am able to share a photograph as nothing else in my wardrobe flatters me as much as my R&R purchases do.”

“Very helpful. Had found a dress I liked in another store but not in my size. Chichester held my size, not my local store, but i was passing the following week. When I tried it on, it gaped a bit on shoulders. They suggested petite size, which I ordered, for delivery to winchester( a more local store). I tried it on in store, and it is perfect. It was in the sale, so I was very happy and the assistance from all the branches was exceptional.”

The lady who served us (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, but I know she wasn’t the manager of that helps and was the only one on the shop floor) was absolutely brilliant. “I love this store so much! It’s always so tidy and well stocked. The staff are friendly particularly ( I think ) the manager, tall lady with a bob style hair cut. I always ask her for advice and suggestions, she nips round picking up bits and puts together outfits for me or whoever I’m buying for. The changing rooms are clean and tidy, the areas are all sectioned clearly, they keep on top of queues by opening another till if need be. The range of clothes is great including underwear and accessories.”
