A lady with short hair greeted me and was so helpful in sorting through my retuns and exhanges/stock checking for an exchange, went beyond great service and was super friendly. I said to my patient 11 yo son, that was an example of really good service and someone who is fabulous at their job. Well done and thank you for all your help. Spot on!!”

“Just wanted to say how inclusive the staff are in this store. My son has additional needs and out of the blue it became very overwhelming, lost of people and sounds. The staff turned off the music as that was adding to the sensory overload, asked if some stickers would help (they did !!) And we're so calm and understanding about him taking items off the shelves and hangers ! He had a calm down in the really dimly lit changing room and was able to regulate, huge thank you to the staff for helping him and us parents feel accepted understood !”
