“Very friendly staff. I needed to wash my hands and they very kindly took me to the toilet facilities, which were clean and well-appointed. The shop is well-stocked and intuitively laid out. It has a nice atmosphere, and I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm passing through Goring.”

“While visiting the store to do some shopping, I returned to my car to find that the battery had unfortunately died. As someone who lives three hours away, I was understandably quite stressed. I went back into the store and asked at the front desk if they could make an announcement to see if anyone had jump leads. That’s when a staff member, Stacey, overheard and immediately offered to help. She said she had some in her car and was more than happy to assist. Along with her colleague Hari, they helped get my car started again — and thanks to them, I was able to make the long journey home safely. I didn’t get the chance to come back inside and properly thank them as I had to get on the road, but I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Both Stacey and Hari went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful.”
