“Great service as an instructor found their quote much cheaper than my current insurer simple process wasn't pushed into any extras like some tried to very happy just waiting for online Documents”
“Super approachable staff that were very accommodating, made me feel at ease and the friendly nurse was very gentle too, would recommend!”
“I recently had a knee operation at the hospital. I was looked after and properly cared by the excellent staffs, nurses, and auxiliary staffs. The operation was done under the supervision of Mr Andrade. He was extremely helpful and showed total professionalism in taking me through the stages of the procedure, before, during and after the operation, After care was excellent and I felt relaxed in a very comfortable environment before leaving the hospital after three days. The physiotherapy facilities in the Mansion house are more than adequate and I’m following the chartered programme of exercises and attending the ‘knee’ classes to improve my mobility. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. The consultant was excellent and first class. For aftercare the gym facilities at the Mansion House are excellent with close supervision by a physiotherapist - certainly would recommend ‘knee classes’. Great facility for the X-ray in the Mansion House that is fast and efficient service.”
“Visited the UTC this morning. In and out in just over an hour, triaged, x rayed, treated and referred. Friendly, smiling staff across all stages of the efficient process. All areas very clean and tidy. Visiting a hospital is never a pleasure, but this experience couldn’t have been any better.”
“My sympathy for the NHS is solid but my confidence was running low, then up steps Linda Basingstoke CT3 clearly been there a while and long may she stay! Systems and procedures will come and go and the hospitals themselves may look different from one visit to the next but experienced staff are and will always be vital to the service! Many thanks again Kevin(using Alfie’s phone)”

“I have used this surgery for the last 32 years. I have always been delighted with the service and the care I have received from Dr Mark Puddy and all the staff.”
“Great experience! Called reception 12:20, had a call with a triage nurse at 12:40, saw the doctor in person at 2:10 and was out the door with prescription in hand at 2:40. Very quick and efficient experience with the NHS today. Lovely bloke on reception was going out of his way to look after some of the older people in the waiting room, nice to see people being nice!”
“I was able to get an appointment promptly following an online triage. Dr Hilier was kind, listened to my concerns carefully and prescribed me a course of treatment which I was able to collect from our local pharmacy in no time. We are very lucky to have such an efficient service and kind doctors in our village. Thank you so much for your help. Michal.”
“Not surprisingly everyone had a good experience here, my visit today’s in the minor injury clinic for a simple broken toe was no different. There is just exceptional service and kindness offered by everyone here, it’s a very calm and organised facility. Thank you to everyone you do a wonderful service and you are so highly valued.”
“I had a needle stick accident and despite explaining to 111 that I had completed the appropriate first aid and the needles were mine, the lady asked me to go to A&E in the next hour. She insisted. To say I was alarmed is an understatement. Note this is 2am. So I get to the hospital (my first time at an A&E) and I pleasantly surprised. The entrance is well lit and with clear signage and checking in at reception was speedy (they were courteous and efficient and had all my details from 111), they also took the time to update my details. The triage was also quick, efficient and the nurse was courteous. The waiting area was clean and clear and comfortable. When I finally saw the doctor, he said I came in for nothing. The risk was zero, I had taken the right steps and there was no additional help/support he could provide. To say I was upset is an understatement. Not at the doctor, but the 111 team who sent me there. Additionally, the reason I had no complaints and chalked it up to one of life’s detours, was I arrived at the hospital around 4:30am and was out by 5:30am. In A&E! I’ve had longer waits at my GP! I know this is anomaly for emergency departments but the team is efficient so it helps a lot. Now we just need 111 to stop wasting resources by sending people without urgent conditions to A&E!”
“An excellent Hospital for rest, recovery and recouperation. I came here after burn out due to over working as a Mental Health Support Worker and as a precationary measure as I have been diagnosed with Bipolar. Every single member of staff have been very kind, considerate and empathetic during my stay. I was treated with care and dignity and actually made to feel like a person rather than a number. My mental health has really improved here because of the honesty and transparency of the staff. My allocated Lead Nurses, Managers and Doctors have been lovely and tried their best to facilitate my every request. I felt safe and secure and slept really well each night. The HCA's have been wonderful, many from Africa and there is nothing like African hospitality and it's nice when people do things because they want to, rather than when they have to. The warmth and genuine care I received has been second to none. I honestly am aware that each staff member, with their unique personality, has been so positive and humble. I feel truly blessed to have received the care and support I have at Thornford Hospital, Crookham Ward. Careplans were formulated to speed up recovery and without this specialist support I may have got very ill and gone into a deep depression. They say that people make the place and I feel very lucky to have received the excellent treatment that I have and met such amazing people. I will forever be greatful and will definitely return in the future to show my gratitude. God Bless you all. Keep doing what you are doing because you are brilliant at it and I wish you all the best for the future. Many thanks and warm regards Shak.”
“Good service ,very dedicated staffs, keep up the good work.”
“We as a family have been going to Castle Hill for many years. The whole team has been very professional and always welcoming. Couple of times due to after school traffic we have been stuck in a rush and have been late for an appointment. Even if they are busy, They have always seen us without any issues and understood. Usually we see Dr Rajan or Shavani but today my young son saw Georgina who made him feel so easy. It's a really clean practice and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also used their other practices for private work and never had any issues. Highly recommend them to anyone.”
“After attending my surgery and seeing Dr Tyagi I can seriously say she may well have saved my life… I attended with all sorts of different symptoms and after taking my blood pressure was told it was so high she was surprised I was still alive and not had a stroke…. I was with her for nearly an hour and she was so thorough and explained everything to me … I’ve been with the surgery for 4 years and have has a few problems including skin cancer and they were amazing and prompt… anything important I get an app on the same day… can’t recommend them enough”
“Spent a long day at the emergency department, but was well worth it. They made sure to arrange comprehensive tests and every staff member I interacted with were absolutely lovely and very good at their jobs. They were busy and understaffed but still smiling and interacting with compassion and professionalism. Please know that anyone who goes patience goes a long way and they do their jobs as efficiently as possible with the current restrictions on staff. Give them a smile and a kind word and the experience is much more positive. Thank you for looking after me so well.”
“I experienced a good patient journey, met lovely staff who introduced themselves before doing anything and the service was efficient. I will be coming back for the next phase of my treatment. If I could, I would rate 4.5 stars because I felt could have been kept up to date on what was the next step a little better / more frequently, but generally great. The private room I had was great and food was good too. Nice to have this facility in our local area.”
“Fabulous doctors. Dr Gerard. Nurse Kim and Dr Loan including Jackie. Superb health care to me over many, many years.”
“We visited Frimley Park Hospital’s Child A&E on Saturday night for our son’s tummy bug, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm and efficient, making us feel at ease. The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, smiling, and supportive, taking the time to explain everything and comfort our son. Their care was exceptional, and we felt so well looked after. Thank you to the amazing team for turning a stressful night into a positive experience! Highly recommend Frimley Park A&E”
“You struggle to get an appointment like all GP surgeries across the UK but they all work really hard and do their best. Dr Bailey has been absolutely incredible in supporting me on my health journey and despite growing demands, she regularly calls and checks in on me even after usual working hours sometimes and it has meant more to me than anyone could ever know in helping my recovery. They do genuinely care here and it shows, and that for me goes a long way. I've also had to request reports at short notice and that was done for me within a few days. The pharmacy attached is really helpful too. The staff at Tadley Medical Partnership are all brilliant, thank you all so much!”
“My son is severely learning disabled and has recently moved into Supported Living in the area. My first dealings with this surgery has been with the lovely Rosie and I have to say the standard of care she delivers is phenomenal.”
“Amazing care , really clean , food amazing Activities to help . I got the right type of help from brilliant Gym Manager. Thank you for you care 100%”
“Yet again my surgery staff have been brilliant at helping me with an issue. My father needed an emergency prescription, having forgotten his important medication on a trip. The doctor, Louise from reception and a number of other staff whose names I didn't find out, dealt with this swiftly, professionally and with understanding. Thank you so much, your work is greatly appreciated!”
“I was referred to the Accident and Emergency department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital by my GP after I visited him, complaining about chest pain I had been experiencing for a few days and after completing an ECG. Upon arriving at the hospital on Monday evening at 7 pm, there was a 5-hour waiting time, so I chose to return the next morning. I arrived at the hospital's A&E department at 5:45 yesterday morning and spent the next 7 hours in the hands and care of all the staff. After undergoing 2 additional ECGs, 3 blood tests, a meeting with a cardiologist, and receiving confirmation from the doctor that my heart is not at risk and is perfectly fine, I returned home safely. The department was incredibly busy, and I am grateful I arrived early. This was my second visit to the A&E department at this hospital in the last 6 months, and once again, I felt safe, well looked after, and cared for. All the staff I interacted with were professional, kind, and helpful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Paul at the reception, who warmly welcomed me to the department and handled my registration. I appreciate Claudina, the tea/coffee lady, who provided tea and biscuits during the morning in the waiting area. My thanks also go to Lee-Anne, the nurse who took my second blood test, and to Dr. Firdaous, who assisted me, provided feedback, and guided me throughout my time at the hospital. A special mention to James, the cardiologist who reviewed my ECGs, performed a heart scan, and consulted with me. I would also like to express gratitude to Nicol, who supported me in the OPS waiting room, took my third blood test, and assisted with lunch during the final stages of my time in the waiting room. Nicol's enthusiasm throughout my experience was truly appreciated. My sincere thanks to the entire team, from the booking staff, nurses (including the nurse who took my first blood test), doctors, specialists, cleaning staff, maintenance team, kitchen staff, to the board members. Thank you for assisting me yesterday with my chest pain and taking such good care of me. I had a wonderful experience at the hospital, thanks to your professionalism, service, and kindness. I hold the Royal Berkshire Hospital in high regard, and if I could, I would personally come to say hello to everyone. However, since it's not possible, know that you will all live on in my heart and memory as the best people and the best hospital in the world. Thank you once again.”
