I was able to book online and arrange a time that suited me for my car to be collected ( which is really handy when you work long hours like me), serviced and returned. The guys kept me informed of everything that was happening to my car from when I booked it in online to when they returned it back to me. No work was carried out without me being informed of costs first which enabled me to decide whether I wanted the work done or not and go compare with other garages. “We have a large twin axle 5 ton motorhome that needs to be MOT’d at commercial premises due to size and weight. The team at UCV were fantastic from initial booking confirming they regularly deal with motorhomes through to the MOT its self. On first check it failed due to handbrake tolerance and rather than me having to leave the vehicle and come back in a couple of days, they offered to see if the could rectify it with an adjustment there and then - an hour later and all sorted and re checked and passed - absolutely first class service and saved me having take further time off to go back and forth - the team are a pleasure to deal with and have certainly won a new loyal customer in me - many thanks and I will certainly be recommending you - Simon”

“Dave visited us to fix our Neff oven. The fan oven heating element had blown and there are 5 different elements in the Neff range. Dave had 4 types with him but not ours. So, part was ordered and couple of days later he was back, part fitted and the job all done. Dave is now my "go to" person should any of our appliances fail again, and I'll be recommending to friends and family. Great service, very reasonable prices, friendly, courteous and helpful.”

I had a slight issue with the battery on the car but this was probably due to the car being on the forecourt undriven over the Christmas period. “First class MOT service from the team down at Fast Fit. Guarantee if you take your car here they won't invent faults to try and get business. I knew of two possible advisories before the MOT and they found and recorded both. In both cases told me that there was no immediate concern and would probably last a good couple of years but to keep an eye on it. Good honest mechanics are hard to find in this day and age. This team is definitely on the good side! Would highly recommend this MOT centre if you are in or around the Basingstoke area!
