“Online chat on the website is whack and the agent wasn't really helpful, but when I showed up at the store Jacob showed excellent customer service. The watch I asked about, the agent online, happened actually not to be available at the store, but Jacob ordered it for me, and within two hours, the watch was ready for collection. He was even ready to stay slightly after hours for me to collect it. Great guy, keep him!”
