I have always found every member of staff at the Wokingham branch to offer excellent customer service. They are dog friendly too which can be an additional bonus.”

“I had an amazing experience when I went shopping for a present for my Girlfriend. The shop is in amazing condition and it’s clearly ran very well. The staff are all very smiley and friendly and make you feel as if they have plenty of time to assist you with any questions or queries that I had. The staff are clearly very well trained on all the jewellery within the shop. Chloe served me and she knew everything about all the different type of stones and then made sure I got the correct measurements based off what I had told her. I would highly recommend going here for Jewellery.”

The watch I asked about, the agent online, happened actually not to be available at the store, but Jacob ordered it for me, and within two hours, the watch was ready for collection.
