“Initially contacted Rocheres via email with a query and they were quick to respond and helpful. Dropped my engagement and wedding ring off to be cleaned and re-plated on the Thursday lunchtime and it was ready by the next day. Owner was lovely, polite and helpful when dealing in person. Rings look lovely, a great job done, all massively quicker then if I'd have used a chain jeweller like I usually do who take 2 weeks+ and are also more expensive. Will definitely use again.”

“An Aladdin's cave of fascinating pieces in this shop. The proprietor Jeffery is not only a formidable expert but also a true gentleman. Upon a recommendation, I had popped in to ask if he might open up the case of my vintage 1920s Rolex so that I could photograph the serial number for my travel insurers. I didn't trust myself to attempt it and watching him in action, I was so glad that I had brought it to him. When I asked him how much I owed him, he would accept no payment. Do visit this highly unusual store when in the vicinity of Camberley. Just to meet someone as courteous as Jeffrey is a rare pleasure nowadays.”

“I bought a pair of Blowfish boots from the shop back in October. After only 4 months, I noticed that the sole was coming away on one of them. I no longer had my receipt but I was encouraged to get in contact with the shop. The lady on the phone quickly identified the date when I purchased the boots, which correlated with my own credit card records. She said that she had one pair of identical boots left and they were in my size! She told me to come in and bring my boots with me and exchange them for the new pair despite no longer having the receipt. What excellent service! I would highly recommend this business. I have also brought some jewellery from there in the past too as presents and have been pleased with the quality and thought that it was good value for money.”
