The process itself was quite drawn out as he had to call the web team, who seemed to be having issues. But Eddy, got us through, he really knows how stuff, so was able to advise on locations, and help us get the best out of our holiday. Whilst waiting, he also opened our mind to the world of merrella cruises, which we have decided to book for 2027.
