She was visiting the country for a week and doesn’t speak the language, so when her card unexpectedly stopped working and she realised she didn’t have enough cash, she became quite stressed. The staff were incredibly kind — they reassured her, offered to reduce the cost of her meal, and even took the time to contact me so we could sort things out together. They truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and supported. When we returned the next day to pay the remaining balance, they refused to take it, insisting that everything had already been taken care of.
