“First time in serve fast and very friendly by Laura will definitely be back on next shopping trip mark ian being pub landlords ourselves we know how hard it is well done laura and the team”
“I booked the alpaca trekking for my mums birthday. We had lots of fun. It was well organised and our guide knew everything there was to know about alpacas. We stayed to have a look around the rest of the farm after. I definitely recommend as a family day out - whether it's just for a look around, or if you're booking one of the experience packs. There's play areas for the kids, plus a really cool bouncy castle/trampoline kind of area (if only I was still a child!), and a cafe to grab a drink/bite to eat. As others have pointed out, the car park could be better signed. Just to make it more obvious that the car park is specifically for willow tree farm, and not the seemingly abandoned school. Once parked, we didn't have any issues finding where to go. I would definitely go again!”
“Great service and very friendly staff.helped us out to save money.”
“Food is always amazing. Staff are very friendly. The starter platter is so good, and the satay chicken skewers are amazing. My favourite Chinese for all you can eat. And reasonably priced too.”
“The Rufford is a fantastic pub with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is top-notch – generous portions, well-cooked, and packed with flavour, with a great mix of pub classics and seasonal specials. The Sunday roasts are especially worth mentioning, with perfectly cooked meats and crispy roast potatoes. Drinks are well kept, with a good choice of beers, wines, and spirits at fair prices. The pub itself is cosy and inviting, with a lovely outdoor area for warmer days. A great spot for families, friends, or a casual pint – highly recommended!”
“Lovely lady helped me with finding clothes, there wasn’t any of the clothes I wanted so she recommended some shops despite not working at them. I only wish is that they had a wider range, but it’s good at what it is now!”
“Karen lovely landlord alway there to sort any issues”
“Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Stayed there for a night in one of the rooms, it was big. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Toilet and bathroom is small. Great location, only few minutes walking distance from the city centre. There is a big Tesco about 10 mins walking distance.”
