The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. ​The restaurant itself is incredibly cosy, and the entire team was just amazing and attentive. Due to a last-minute business trip to Sheffield, we needed a table, and he went above and beyond to fit us in and was so helpful in explaining the menu. ​The food quality truly blew me away. “We booked Ace Party for our wedding at Peak Edge in August 2024. They were great to deal with and provided crazy golf, carnival games, high striker and a Photo Booth. These activities were fundamental to making the day such a success as our guests were never bored and massively added to the sense of fun. Very hard to imagine a better party equipment rental service is out there as having used them we would now not think of using anybody else.”

We had thw grill boxes and a pudding each for a very reasonable price. Think we've found a new favourite place. Delivery was fast and the food tasty. Definitely recommend.”

“Having a relative in the hospital up the road, finding this pub was a godsend. Excellent menu choice and unbelievable value for money. I can highly recommend the fish and chips, Gammon and the Surf and turf. Portions are spot on and the price is great. What makes the pub though are the staff. They make you feel like a regular as you order your first drink. Even though I live over 20 miles away I will make a point of continuing to visit this pub and work my way through the menu!”
