“I cannot fault Harvey's one bit. Right from entering the Mansfield store, the sales assistants were helpful without being pushy and I felt at ease to browse at my own leisure. When I finally decided on the Ashmore sofa, Steve was nothing but helpful. The process of purchasing the sofa and arranging delivery was quick and simple. As promised, I received a call around 5 weeks later to confirm my delivery date. I then recieved a text 48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm my time slot. I also received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm a more precise time slot, and again 5 minutes before it arrived. The delivery drivers were fantastic, they were respectful of my home and used shoe covers when inside. They also placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. All whilst being friendly and chatty. I am delighted with my purchase, it is fantastic quality and even better than I remembered it to be in store. I would absolutely use Harvey's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have read the bad review below and I am sorry but as customers we are quick to jump down at issues but never praise when things go well you can down 1000 things right and not one will be mentioned don’t 10 things wrong and all ten get mentioned. So do not be put off by the bad reviews we’re human we all make mistakes from time to time. Rant over... I had our Verona corner suite and cuddle chair ordered and delivered within under a week with no issues. The gent who I spoke to through the Facebook page was very helpful and made sure we understood everything before proceeding. The delivery was on the date and time Advised and the sofa is absolutely amazing very very happy with this company not one bad word to say will be using again when we are ready for new beds. Again guys reviews are like newspapers they only want you to hear the bad to get there point across so here to 1 good review out of 1000s you should have!!!!”

“We have ordered earlier this year the Pesaro sofa set, and dinning room furniture. The quality was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful! P.S. we had to wait for 15 weeks to receive the order, though it was worth it. Moreover, the lead time provided to us at the outset was 14-16 weeks, which is, more or less, in line with the market practice, considering the adverse impact of COVID-19 on the entire supply chain of imported furniture. “Today has been emotional to say the least! Couldn't have got through it without the compassionate, helpful and quite honestly heroic actions of this company. Unable to safely load what I had bought, which needed to be somewhere immidiately, these guys at the end of their shift chucked it in the van and followed me for an hour long trip. Wouldn't even take any cash for diesel. Without AJ and his team I would have been completely at a loss and I'm so unconditionally grateful. Customer service doesn't extend to this level of kindness.
