Exclusive hire, excellent staff who were attentive, polite and genuinely seemed to do everything to make sure we enjoyed our day. Understanding of our autistic boys need too which was a massive plus. Really enjoyed our visit and will certainly be there again in the future. Wonderful.”

My body shape is noticeably different, I feel fitter and much more energised. The space itself is a bit 'back to basics' but that fits the welcoming, inclusive, no frills atmosphere. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.”

“I found Crystal Health Group via Google whilst I was looking into getting a hair follicle drug test done. I felt the only option for my situation was to get this test done. So I contacted Crystal Health and spoke to a really nice advisor called Danielle, I explained my situation and she talked me through my options, everything was clear and an appointment was booked for the following morning using one of their mobile collectors. He arrived bang on time, and went through the process of verifying my ID etc, he talked me through the whole process and I felt totally at ease the whole time, I explained to him why I was taking this route and he gave me some really valuable information. Everything from start to finish was verified and the samples were sealed and signed by myself before they were packaged up. If you're in the unfortunate position where you feel the need to take a drug test then I would wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Health Group and Cansfords Labs to help you. They're sincere and caring and don't try to 'up sell' anything to you. The payment can be split, and the receipt and appointment are emailed through with password protection, as are the results, I also opted to have the results posted so I'd have a hard copy too. Even though I knew my test would be negative, to see that in writing infront of me was worth every penny, having been forced into this position by a rubbish testing system at my work place. Another good thing using these guys are that the results are court admissable should that be a requirement. Thank you Crystal Health Group. I highly recommend them.”

I have had to visit the surgery a few times over the past couple of years and I honestly can't fault the service I've received. Yes, it's difficult to get an appointment but talking to friends and relatives this seems to be a common theme throughout GP surgeries and not just this one. I fear this is just a reflection on the NHS as a whole and not the individual surgeries. Every doctor I've seen has been patient, understanding and helpful and I've come away reassured that everything that could be done has been done. Obviously other people out there may have had bad experiences but I can honestly say that all my visits have been extremely positive.”

“Had my first fitting at Run Forest - Run Shop last week I was so impressed! Such a positive experience. I was given a full debrief - information was taken about running history, injuries and running goals. I did some running about in the shop and on treadmill and Mike noticed issues with my current shoes and certain biomechanical blips. He got me to try out several pairs and landed on Merrell Agility 5 for trail and On Eclipse for road I wanted to wait until I’d tried out both before reviewing and can’t quite believe it. I’ve never been able to put on a trail shoe and do a long run right off the bat. 16 easy miles bashed out no problem, no blisters or rubbing, and I could run the hills easily (without heavy flat shoes weighing me down!), shaving 30s off my long run average pace. The Ons were light and springy and what was meant to be a recovery pace ended up being faster than normal because they just propelled me along! I’ll definitely be back for when these wear out. Mike really knows his shoes, so knowledgeable and ended up going with the first shoes he got me to try. Jess also gave me advice on some other kit. Such friendly and helpful people! I’m so happy, thank you so much Mike and Jess! Highly highly recommend!”
