I was firstly met by Amy - one of the staff members who was super helpful and spent around an hour helping me try on various pairs of shoes. She put me on the treadmill and did a gait analysis which uncovered a slight imbalance in my feet. This made me very nervous but Amy reassured me that this is common and after a few more try ons found a perfect pair of trainers for me - New Balance 880. I was very sceptical about spending so much money at first but my new trainers have been perfect, and I'm now much more comfortable with running longer distances. The whole experience was friendly, warm, and welcoming and I will definitely be visiting this store again for my next pair of running shoes. “From the start (consultation) with a very lovely woman that explained A to Z and made me feel 100% happy to proceed ahead. The whole process till the end (Surgery) It has been the best experience ever! Now after 6 weeks I have recovered fully and now able to get back to my normal activities. They have been calling me in for regular checks and kept me up to date with everything. I truly cannot reccomend any other company better! They are all absolutely lovely! “I had to go here for an endoscopy, but 3 days prior I had to also have a Covid test to ensure I was virus free. On the day of the endoscopy I was treated so well, every Nurse I dealt with spent as much time with me as I needed. I cannot fault this clinic and even though the procedure wasn't exactly pleasant, the care received was amazing.”

“On a weekend break I called into Yorkshire Runner to enquire about Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and informed me a new model was being released. I tried on a few other pairs to get the correct size. They then checked online to see if they could size order a pair in my size. Thankfully they could. They covered postage to send them to me in Northern Ireland. The staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding. “Both my son and currently my daughter have enjoyed being part of the Little Gym. The instructors are fabulous and have brought their gymnastic skills on fabulously though fun and imaginative games. Great for burning off lots of energy after school and my daughter loves the holiday clubs which have lots of varied activities including crafts. My little girl's birthday party was also hosted at the Little Gym and she and her friends had an amazing time.”

“I took my two grandchildren to Clip and Climb yesterday and they both absolutely loved it! We were met with a friendly welcome and they were soon in their harnesses listening to a child friendly instruction and safety briefing. There were plenty of different climbs to suit and challenge them and the staff were very attentive offering assistance when needed. The equipment is bright, colourful and well set out. There is a small cafe with a viewing area and again friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.”

“Stayed in a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment that was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, glassware, even basic spices and cooking oil, coffee and tea, detergent tabs for the dishwasher mixing bowls, etc. The staff working there are genuinely interested in making their guests’ experiences good, and take pride in their work - it showed in the daily interactions not only with me, but with what I witnessed. Parking to unload bags required a bit of creativity, but the location is honestly so conveniently located, and parking is easily walkable, so that totally made up for it.
