“I have visited this garage a couple of times now and the staff and service are both amazing. We broke down on Saturday and limped into the garage with a big problem. The guy told us to leave it with him. Bearing in mind that we left the car Saturday afternoon we had a call to say the car could be picked up Tuesday all fixed! Absolutely fantastic service all round. The lady on reception is efficient and makes you feel welcome and keeps you informed. Service here is second to none and I highly recommend you to use this garage.”

“Absolutely wonderful! I phoned 13 other garages and none of them would touch my car! This was my 14th try and I was shocked at how quickly they said "Yep, bring it in!" Got there they were really quick and really friendly. The fault was sorted and they didn't rip me off!! There was potential to over charge me as I know nothing about cars but they are genuine. “A long term electrical problem that had my car off the road was unrepairable by my local garage. At their suggestion I had it moved to Neil Harrod where Simon diagnosed and repaired it in 2 hours. As it needed MOT Simon made arrangements and put it through MOT for me with a final bill for the repair and taking it for the MOT that was very reasonable. Hope I don't need them again but if I do I will be confident in their service from this experience.”

“Fixed Brake Calliper and MOT same day. Cannot recommend enough! Quote provided by email before visiting them, excellent friendly communication by phone with them on all occasions. I had a problem which delayed the repair I arranged with them (due to another business), they did not complain in the slightest, just happily booked me in for another day, did the MOT at the same time. The repair they completed has been successful and will be visiting them again this summer for an annual service.... I'll be going there from now on since discovering them. Well done team!”

“Very good service. Took my car in a while ago for a change of spark plugs. They fitted them for a very good price, one of the rubber fitting was ripped around the plug so they replaced that for me free of charge. Good customer service as I need to get in that day, so they asked me to come in after I finished work.”
