“Regularly buy bird food from here. Good prices for high quality (no waste) seed, nuts, meal worms, etc. Affordable prices for long-lasting quality products. I have many decorative plastic planters from here in the garden that have lasted years and years and still look brand new. Also holds a trove of DIY tools, fittings, random parts, and spares. Generally, if you want something random, they've got it in stock (somewhere!), or they've got an alternative that works just as well or better. Staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend over b&q, wickes, etc, for household DIY”

“Don't often leave reviews but I just wanted to say that we are very happy with the service provided by Paul and his team, it was a quick turn around from ordering to receiving it the shoe rack. Before I ordered I contacted Paul to confirm measurements because as you can see from the before and after pictures the space where we wanted the shoe rack to go on was fairly tight, Paul was very quick to respond. The shoe rack looks great, it is very sturdy and stylish! 2 months after I ordered it still looks like new. Will be ordering again for sure! thanks Paul”

“Amazing service lovely guys, proper helped me find what I needed on a great budget, I went in today looking for all materials I will need for a concrete base for a 12x11 foot metal shed, he was brilliant made sure I got everything I needed as I was not prepared at all, didn't even have a list but they covered everything I needed for £360 were as I'm looking at £1,500 if ide have gone through a company fitting it, there holding on to it all until I've dug the base to and happy to deliver the 4 by 1 timber one day and the rest after , really helpful , so nice to know there is people out there that genuinely want to help and not scam you out of pocket, highly recommended will 100% be going back thanks guys”

I've found screw fix good on price but not the lowest, however the little extra is more than worth it for the advice, easy returns, stock carried and it's always better to support a local store when possible.
