We had an accepted offer on our house very quickly after the house went on the market. They provided advice during the process of negotiations and surveys, and Joanne put a lot of work in to help with the purchase of another property. There was a long chain and it took a long time to complete but Joanne was committed to chasing the chain until finally the process was completed relatively smoothly.
