“Originally went in to arrange a stereo install as my last stereo had issues in this car no matter the fix i tried. I was contacted when the additional parts had arrived and was told I could leave them with the store for the fitting day. On the day of install all was good until an issue arose with the parts for my install causing multiple stalls. While the install couldn't go ahead for the stereo because of the parts issue the engineer did talk me through and show me all of the things that were causing issues (which i can and have fixed myself at home). As I'd had wiring issues previously for stereos in this car i asked if the new unit could be fully tested just to check on wiring and that all worked fine. After all was said and done and cleared up, I went to ask the engineer how much I owed as the booking was still taken and I was still assisted. Surprisingly I was told there was no charge because the install hadn't happened. From the beginning to end the communication and service provided was superb and I will be keeping this store in mind for future use.”

Said lad on counter was very patient with the customer although a queue had formed... Upon seeing this one of the guys from the office dropped what he was doing and came out to help... Again very friendly and efficient... Had the parts in stock and was cheaper... Great service... Staff should be commended.”

“I bought the VW T6 rear barn door smoked lights from TVA and received them within a few days. The website photos of these lights don’t really do them justice. They look absolutely sexy as hell when lit up. The block effect is really nice, and for the price they are an absolute bargain. They are solid led lights, not chasers, which is probably why they are cheaper. They are literally plug and play. They are all wired up ready to go, except you have to plug in the additional canbus resistors that come bagged up with the lights. I stuck mine almost next to the already fitted resistor using the supplied sticky tab. I had cause to contact TVA to confirm whether they were spares, or needed fitting. I ‘think’ it was Chloe and Matt I dealt with. Both were very pleasant and helpful, answering my enquiry promptly. I will definitely deal with TVA again, and would highly recommend them..”
