“Since new management this pharmacy is fantastic. No others come close. Prescriptions dispensed exceptionally quickly and the pharmacist is really helpful. Prescription ready within 30 minutes of leaving the gp! Some others make you wait days. Also, they seem to be actually ready when you go in. Most others you still end up waiting 10 minutes while they find it/check it.”

“My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION! His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”

I turned up a few times without calling ahead and had to wait a while for my prescription, but since starting to call ahead I have had no issues getting my items quickly and the staff are very helpful. “Staff here have always gone above & beyond. Never had a problem. Receptionists are always helpful. Don't know why people leave negative reviews. We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.”
