Lovely friendly receptionist who went out of her way to get me seen today and then called me 45 mins before my appointment to tell me they where running late and arrive 15 minutes later so I wasn’t waiting around. I Was then greeted by the most friendliest and thorough dentist who talked me through my treatment. I’ve never felt so relaxed and at ease in a dentist chair for a very long time, I’m fact since I was a child, she was so kind and caring with a very calming nature. Professional, yet so friendly, caring, and reassuring - and extremely helpful & informative. I am not a registered patient with the practice, but I do prefer to come here as a private patient for a clean-up because of this amazing service. On both occasions I have had the airflow clean, which is quite expensive, but absolutely worthwhile. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! I have moved areas and now live 30 miles away, but will still continue to come here to see Diane for a clean because of the service I've had on both previous occasions. All of the other staff are really friendly and helpful too. Marvellous!”
