“I contacted BPAS after and infuriating experience with mischoices constantly cancelling my appointment at short notice’s or not even having the decency to tell me they had cancel them. Within three days of contacting BPAS I had an appointment. The clinic is neat, hygienic and well kept which is what would be expected and felt like a relatively comfortable environment. The nurses and midwives are absolutely amazing at what they do and are reassuring and knowledgeable. My nurse and ultrasound specialist made the whole process a lot less daunting for me and I felt very confident and comfortable throughout. They let my partner in for my ultrasound, last consultation as well as my contraceptive procedure which made me feel ten times more comfortable knowing he was there with me. The level of information you are given at the clinic is amazing and you are talked through every step of the process. I am so glad I chose BPAS for my care and I would recommend BPAS to anyone else who may be in the same situation that I was.”

“Saw a nurse called ‘Judy or Judith’ (absolutely no offence meant) and what a knowledgable, kind, thorough, understanding and empowering woman she is… she reassured me, answered all my questions in detail and made me feel listened to..I had no idea what to expect on my visit but she made me feel so cared for I wanted to say a huge thank you. The building itself was light, bright, clean and modern… nice waiting area and friendly staff, they have their own carpark which was full (although not sure where all the people were!?!?) parking was available in the street so no problem.. The whole experience from referral to being seen was seemless. Thanks guys!”

Tooth doesn't hurt anymore, got saved from extraction and I have been taken in as a patient with a very high speed (unfortunately not an NHS one, although that seems to be the case everywhere - there's a 4 years waiting time for an NHS dentist). “I was rushed in Doncaster royal infirmary with prostate, bladder issues, I spent five days there my treatment was excellent. Later I needed an operation on prostate, green Lazer surgery my treatment was exemplary. Now roll on a few months my wife now a dying person was taken to Doncaster royal infirmary. The ambulance service for my wife was no more than, callous indifferent, and deplorable, for a person that was dying. My wife was in hospital for one week before she passed on. THE HOSPITAL DID THEIR BEST for her , last week alive. Now I sat with my wife for the last 37 hours of her life and not once did the hospital offer any form of refreshment, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs to a vending machine. No problem. But what was unpleasant was that when my wife died I went for a nurse who promptly came , saw my wife had died from that moment not one person from the medical profession offered any form of condolence. I was completely ignored. They offered no help whatsoever. I waited for a doctor to confirm my wife's time of death he never came, after waiting a half hour.I had no option but to leave, not very caring.”

He made her feel comfortable throughout her time there and with his help she is fit to restart her training and playing. I have always had great treatment at Sharps , and Mikey is an excellent and highly recommended addition to the team.”

“I’ve recently had Biodentine done by Dr Saad Habib over two visits at Hatfield Dental Care. This was for a tooth that’s been an issue for over a year with pain and infections above. I was under the impression this would need root canal or extracting. I had a consultation with Dr Saad Habib and he took a lot of time to explain all my options, the risks and explained Biodentine would be a good option to try before having to have root canal. Both visits with him were quick, pain free and now this tooth is fine again thankfully. Thank you Dr.”
