βMy everyday gym. Nice place and nice people. I love to go here everyday! The toilets are in the same floor so it's easy for you to reach it.β
βExcellent client care. Pete was professional, caring and supportive. He cured me of a long standing and debilitating condition. Would highly recommend to anyone.β
βAdam is an excellent therapist and really knows his stuff. He has over 25 years experience and it shows. I'd highly recommend his servicesβ
βEmma spent a considerable amount of time talking to me about how to manage my nerve pain condition, even though she recognised quite early in the conversation that she may not be able to help my specific situation physically and the best option was to focus on more cognitive solutions. I've seen a lot of private physios/consultants/pain specialists over the years and i could tell within five minutes that she clearly has the best understanding of chronic pain/thr nervous system that i've come across. Really kind to help me so much and for being so honest about the kind of help I need. Thank you !β
βLively fun and active for all agesβ

βDr Lee has cured a stomach problem for my son over a very short period of time. We had previously seen several doctors and a specialist and he had had numerous medical tests, blood tests etc but without any success getting to the bottom of the problem. Dr Lee looks at the whole body and how everything works together. During the first session he worked out what the problem was and then began treatment. Our son is back in great health and doing really well with his sports again. Very glad that we went to see Dr Lee and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.β
βWe saw a pediatrician here and they have been providing us with a very good support for our baby. The doctor is very thorough in discussing different aspects of baby development. We appreciate her guidance, experience and caring attitude!β
βI spent some time at Cygnet Sheffield on Pegasus ward as part of my nursing placement. This was a great learning experience and I saw first hand how much the team care about the young people that they are supporting. The staff, management and entire team were all very welcoming. The Nurses were also very supportive of my learning and helped me make the most of my short time there.β
βIβve been attending the Physios for treatment on my frozen shoulder for the past few months, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The team are incredibly professional and clearly very knowledgeable in their field β Iβve felt confident in their expertise at every session. Theyβre also wonderfully friendly and welcoming, which really helped put me at ease during treatment. Iβm absolutely sure that the improvement in my shoulder has only been achieved thanks to their thorough approach, and the follow-up care and guidance have been especially helpful in supporting my recovery between appointments. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for effective physiotherapy delivered with genuine care and professionalism.β
βMy 17 year old daughter had an ankle injury from football- she saw Mikey for several sessions. He was fantastic, knowledgable and clear about her treatment and rehab. He made her feel comfortable throughout her time there and with his help she is fit to restart her training and playing. I have always had great treatment at Sharps , and Mikey is an excellent and highly recommended addition to the team.β
βI couldnβt recommend Adam highly enough. I visited him with a long term knee injury barely able to walk without pain and limping badly. Along with excellent Physiotherapy knowledge Adam also possesses high level psychological support which made a huge difference to my recovery when I was frustrated about my injury. Within a few months of following his treatment plan and exercises, Iβve regained normal day-to-day functional walking and more. I would not hesitate to visit him again for my next injury.β
βAfter experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. This is definitely the place to go if you are experiencing any problems of this kind. It really does work. Thank you Becky and Li.β
βI went to Alex with swelling &pain around my right knee after being told by my dr it happens at my age ( 59yrs). I was struggling gardening, using stairs, wearing anything but flat shoes and even walking any distance on the flat. With a robust series of appointments Alex was able to identify the problem was muscular once he got the swelling down on my knee and established it was not in fact my knee. He gave good sound advice and tips to manage the issue and prevent re occurrence. I will have no hesitation in returning to Alex in future for further treatment should I have any further issues. He is informative and explains everything thoroughly. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex if you are looking for such help.β
βI have been going for some time. Excellent service and my feet have never felt better. Jane and Julie always give a warm welcome which is nice. I would recommend highly xβ
βI needed a lot of work doing - my mouth was filled not so much with teeth as tiny little craters. It took a lot of sessions to get them built up, but Freddie has done an amazing job. People have commented on how much better my teeth look. I joined one of the clinic's plans, which gave me a discount on all the treatments.β

βAs a committed runner I occasionally sustain an injury. Activ physio is my first port of call and in all the years Andy has been treating me he has never failed to get me back out running as soon as possible. Highly recommend the team at Activβ
βI was diagnosed with early Parkinsonβs disease and have been attending the weekly PD Warrior class organised by Hallamshire Physiotherapy at a local venue. It has been an exceptional experience. PD Warrior is an exercise programme designed specifically for the person in the early stages of Parkinsonβs. Evidence suggests such a programme favourably modifies the course of the disease. It is good for people who are reasonably fit, active and motivated but also works for those whose disease is progressing, but are mobile. Laura and Kelly are highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists who specialise in treating a range of neurological conditions, particularly Parkinsonβs, and they provide specific tailored exercise programmes and advice for Parkinsonβs both in a group setting or individually. The sessions are enjoyable and the friendly group shares experiences. We all continue to be very positive about exercise and the future progress of our condition. Well done Laura and Kelly.β
βMy feet are considerably improved through Liz's professional attention - Liz is so friendly and caring. Highly recommended, thank you! Rosemary.β
βI had a really good, productive appointment which gave me lots of information about the root cause of an issue which has been holding back my running. I'd happily recommend an assessment to fellow runners.β
