“Staff here have always gone above & beyond. Never had a problem. Receptionists are always helpful. Don't know why people leave negative reviews. We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.”

The people that have left reviews are obviously those that use the service as a half way house and take advantage of the service on offer. This place as been amazing from start to finish the care is there and help if you need it. Just work with them not against them pretty much all the staff on osprey ward are nothing short of amazing thank so much Jason.”
