Kira and Charlotte did the most amazing job at giving my 2 year old the party of dreams. They decorated the tables for me (win) they were brilliant with the communication and were so helpful throughout the party too, cutting up and boxing cake. The soft play area in itself is just beautiful, and absolutely perfect for the little ones as it's all so safe and you can see them easily enough without having to follow them around constantly like most play areas. The little bubble dance session at the end is also a perfect touch. I honestly can't thank you enough for the best couple of hours for our little girl.”

The woman on the phone was polite and professional, and I was able to get it dropped off that day. Was told later on it would need a full exhaust etc fitting, and that it would be possibly done by the day after. Picked it up just now on the Tuesday and drives great, just a day later - quick and efficient service, and the guy was happy to explain the issue on the old exhaust parts to myself and a family member, really appreciated that. Will definitely use again, thank you!”

Even before our records transferred over we both needed the doctors for different reasons. We both got an appointment the same day, and the doctor was brilliant. We also got hospital appointments within the next two weeks with further treatment that helped to sort out our problems. The staff were great and since then they have helped us with our transition period and we have no complaints at all. I will get a meal deal for lunch here or stock up on health and beauty essentials. It's not as big as the Meadowhall branch but has a good range of makeup for its size and there's always a good selection of discounts and offers. They do have a stern looking security guard on the door but I have seen someone steal from here before so its not surprising.”

I'm on quite high doses of pain meds due to being on them since I was 11 when i was diagnosed with this awful disease, (now 39) meaning I'm extremely tolerant to normal doses, pain clinic just put them up which has helped massively however chemist's after that did nothing but judge me making me feel very uncomfortable. It's not nice when you are living your life in hospitals having major surgeries constantly and your mental health is in the toilet, so to get someone who is genuine is amazing. Must admit a few there aren't like that but can't have it all I guess. To the pharmacist though, never change and thank you!”

I cannot even properly describe in words how incredible the staff have been with my son at Once Upon a Time. They have accepted him, adapted for him and embraced him for the wonderful individual that he is. The world is not always an easy place for kids with additional needs, so this has meant everything to us. They understand that when my son is distressed that he is not bad or naughty, but that he is really struggling in that moment and know exactly when he needs a cuddle or a quiet moment in the sensory room. Kindness is everything and this nursery has absolutely tons of it!! I cannot thank Once Upon a Time enough for making the past two years so much easier than it could have been for us and our son.”
