“We recently ate here for a family reunion and the staff were incredibly kind to everyone but especially our son who uses a wheelchair and has profound disabilities. They called him Don Lucas (he was sat at the head of the table). They were so thoughtful in ensuring we were all looked after and we spent almost 4 hours enjoying the delicious food and atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and being disability inclusive. We will be returning for our next family get together.”

“Stayed here for one night . Everything you need for a budget stay. Location not central however staff very helpful . Rooms were great for the price Large rooms . Extra services ie hairdryer and ironing board . No bar and lift was broken didn't cause us an issue but as we on third floor would have been a problem if you had mobility issues Overall a good size room and clean Good value for money”

“Went for Sunday lunch, but I chose from an extensive menu my partner had scampy. I had Scilian chicken, both were delicious and nicely presented at a very reasonable cost. Nice environment and friendly helpful staff. Can definitely recommend”

“Blown Away by The Garrison, Wickersley! ​I honestly can't say enough good things about our recent meal at The Garrison, Wickersley. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. ​The restaurant itself is incredibly cosy, and the entire team was just amazing and attentive. A huge shoutout to Joss, who was absolutely brilliant! Due to a last-minute business trip to Sheffield, we needed a table, and he went above and beyond to fit us in and was so helpful in explaining the menu. ​The food quality truly blew me away. Everything tasted superb, proving the dedication to using fantastic quality local produce. “Great food good price like the personal touch”

“Went in without any expectation, but came out with a very pleasant surprise. The food is delicious, and as a south east asian, I am actually quite impressed by the authentic Thai flavour. We ordered a veg curry, Pad Thai, and Tom Yum Gai, and they all taste great. The restaurant owner is friendly as well. Truly a hidden gem!”

“Honestly exceeded all expectations. Wonderful vibes. All the humans are friendly and welcoming. Good coffee. Pizza and baguettes were freshly prepared and delicious. Brilliant details - cloud lightshades against a bright blue ceiling, emerald tabletops, creative cakes, fab eclectic playlist, and rainbows everywhere. Serves Camden brewery beers, and has some cracking cocktail ingredients. Totally loved it.”

“Had Chicken Manthi, Chicken Lollipop, and Neelagiri Special Chicken, all were amazing! The taste and flavor were just like eating back home in Kerala. Perfectly cooked, rich in spice, and full of authentic flavor. Friendly staff and quick service too. Easily one of the best Kerala restaurants in the UK.”

No delivery, but you can tell the owners focus on quality of orders rather than quantity and it's why we keep going back.”

“This review is based from 6 month ago up to the present day of posting - Since finding this Gem of a cafe my wife & I have been popping in for a small breakfast on average about once a week- we have never had to complain once yet- Michael (the owner )& his staff always make you feel welcome - it is a nice & clean sized cafe with seating for 20 people + toilet facilities- if you are in the area why not give it a try - I don't think you will go away disappointed”
