The design stage was fun, a real experience. The showroom houses a huge variety of options and gives you great ability to choose by seeing the options without it being overwhelming. The delivery was made by Chris himself and was simple, effective and smooth. My kitchen fitter said it was one of the best, and simple kitchen’s he’s ever had to put together; having done a lot of Howden’s and Wren in the past. Lisa guided us through the design process and helped us make the right decisions on what would be suitable for our bathrooms. We changed our minds a lot but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to fitting, Dave is meticulous and he made no decisions without checking with us first. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms with everything as we want it and no snagging issues. There have no nasty surprises or hidden costs so although the headline quotes may have felt expensive, I could be completely confident that this is what we were going to pay. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Dave if you are looking for a beautiful bathroom built to last.”
