Calum, runs a few different sessions that have massively helped cut down my running niggles with dynamic, varied movements and creative sessions that always differ; plus keeping an eye on your form. Overall, really happy here.”

“Hot tub is literally worth its weight in gold! Staff are so good and friendly and go above and beyond always. It's usually fairly quiet but I'd avoid going in school holidays. Great sauna and steam room. Small gym and pool but adequate for my needs. Could do with updating but it's fit for purpose.”
