A young person I know went through their programme and it's absolutely transformed them, they suddenly seem to understand that they have personal value and now talk about what they want from their future a lot which rarely happened before. Their mental health improved hugely across their time on the course and I am overjoyed with the result as indeed are they. If you have a young person with mental health issues in your care then I would strongly advise you to look into getting a referral to them. Hopefully they can help them the same way that they've helped my young person.”
