The amazing Jess was up at 5am to be there to serve patrons and she did so with a smile and glint in her eye. I commend you and, more so, to Jess.. this lovely, hard working young lady needs a raise. “Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.”

“after a visit a very dismissive pharmacist I tried my look at boots. I spoke to the lady at the desk at the pharmacy. The lady was very understanding and met me with compassion about my issue and asked for me to see the pharmacist. The pharmacist was also very compassionate and prescribed me some things to help and has asked me to come back in a weeks time for her to review the condition. I'll always come to boots if I need to see a pharmacist in future. 10/10 service all round.”

The staff here were delightful and dealt with the issue with no problems at all having been given false information at festival park and the rudeness of the staff there.
