“What an absolutely stunning place. For such a huge old building the 1st thing that struck me was the cleanliness, its immaculate. Sunday lunch was beautiful, with friendly service and our room was outstanding. With the winter offer it was real value for money. Our bed was so comfy.”

“Shrewsbury sport village is an amazing place. As well as having a grey space for sports in the hall, bowling in the bowling centre, a large and small gym, spinning studio and box 12, it also has a lovely enclosed cycle track with bikes, outdoor courts and astro turf pitches. The staff as super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much for them in helping and supporting you. They have a lovely cafe area where you can have a drink and hot/cold food. They have an inclusive club they run for people with disabilities along with all inclusive bikes and the leader Paula along with the staff have created such a safe space for people it's just a pleasure to be there. Go along and see for yourself you won't regret it.”

“We had a wonderful weekend with extended family staying in tents and safari lodges. The accommodation was fantastic, the lodges were luxurious, clean and spacious. The facilities were fabulous, particularly the biotop pool and the kids beach area. We had an age range of baby to 70s and there really was something for everyone. Plus all the staff were so helpful and nice, even collecting a birthday cake which had been incorrectly delivered for us. We will be back…highly recommended. Ty.”

“Took my daughter here today for the tots swimming session, its a lovely little pool, nice and warm and the changing area is adequate enough. I haven't used the gym facilities but from what I've seen it looks great for a quick workout. The staff were friendly and the place overall is great.”

“I have always taken school groups with Activ4 and I have found them understanding and completely supportive of every trip I run. They are patient and helpful with all of the groups' needs. I have just returned from Lake Garda with a group and stayed at the Hotel San Zeno. First and foremost I found this to be a safe hotel and the management very helpful and understanding of the needs of the children. They were happy for us to have a function room, use the pool safely and provided good food without any fuss, especially for people with specific food requirements. They were flexible with the room allocations. Once again, they were very patient. San Zeno is further up the mountain, has wonderful views and is in a quiet resort. The reps were very, very good. Pia, Monika and Anna: excellent. Pia has worked with Activ4 for years and nothing is too much trouble for her and her team. Activ4 have a great range of activities on offer, but what I like is that they will patiently tailor the activities to your needs, even if you want to swop them around during the booking process. They are always very helpful and willing to help even until the last moment ( in my case!). The coach company Barry's were excellent, and I was pleased that they used a local company for me as they had the children's' interests as a priority. Finally, a big thank you to the ever patient and professional Dom Moore, who put the trip together, again nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. I highly recommend Activ4 because of their flexibility and support throughout the booking and travel process. I always travel with them.”

From start to finish, she was absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her technique was incredible, and she made sure I felt completely relaxed and cared for throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was so calming, and Sofi’s professionalism and kindness truly made the day special. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.
