I picked a colour I thought I’d like, but once I got home, I realized it didn’t quite suit me. I went back the next day and everyone was amazing—Poppy and India helped me choose a deeper toner that suited me so much better, and they restyled it too. They didn’t even charge me, even though I was more than happy to pay. That kind of care and attention is exactly why I keep coming back. Even my 12-year-old daughter loves going there to get her haircut and styling—she always leaves with a big smile. So happy with how everything turned out, as always! Highly recommend!”
