“Very satisfying experience at both Prees Autos & their sister garage Pine Lodge Cars over the last couple of days. My daughters car was taken to Prees Autos with a fault by a recovery vehicle, unfortunately due to the age of the vehicle (20 years old) it was sensibly decided that it was prudent to scrap the vehicle rather than spend a silly amount of money trying to repair it. I organised a scrap company to collect the vehicle and the day before it was due l went to Pine Lodge Cars to get my daughter’s belongings from out of the car. Surprised when l got there to find that l was at the wrong garage (totally my mistake) the gentleman in reception made phone calls to find the car, once located he printed off directions and made sure l went away satisfied even though l was at the wrong garage. When l arrived at Prees Autos the friendly and professional lady in reception (Charley) escorted me to the car, printed off documents, arranged for mechanic to push the car out of the back down to the roadside to enable the scrap lorry to access it. I found the staff at both garages to be extremely helpful and made my task so much easier thanks to their kindness & would recommend both “Prees Autos” & “Pine Lodge Cars” for anyone wanting a garage that goes that extra mile in customer service.”

“Took them a little while to contact me to arrange a convenient appointment date, but once they did everything went great. Had some scuffed leather repaired on a driver-side seat and the leather repainted on the steering wheel to remove the shine. It was reasonably priced and the finished result looks great. They even gave me a lift home after I dropped my car off in the morning. 5 stars.”
