“Quick turnaround to get an appointment with choices on suitable dates and times. I had a minor issue with the call not coming through to my phone (possibly a setting on my phone) but they sent me a text with a number to call - I spoke to a person straight away who put me through to my appointment quickly. Her report was helpful and clearly outlined our conversation and was sent out to me very quickly - only a couple of days after my appointment. “Wow, this is like a finely oiled machine the way all of the staff work together. Usually, this is day case and minor surgery held here. I went for eye surgery, you wait for your allocated nurse to collect you and then you go into a lovely environment where you are seen by your consultant just to explain your procedure. You are taken into an anaestheitc room where drops are popped into your eye. You lay down in a trolley and go into the theatre. Using a microscope my procedure was done quickly. The staff are lovely and everything is fully explained. I had a coffee and waited to be discharged home with some eye drops. It's amazing. I feel so lucky to have had my surgery done at The Treatment Centre. Based at Leighton Hospital. It's very relaxed but super efficient. 10/10 stars.”

Today I rang at 8 am for an appointment, only had to wait 4 minutes for a reply and was referred to a nurse who rang me back a quarter of hour later. She arranged an appointment for 10 a. m where I was seen by a doctor who prescribed medicine for me and I was back home by 10. 20 a.mMy husband also received great service when he was ill just before Christmas.
