“Cannot recommend true physio enough. I went on Thursday the 18th due to severe back pain & stiffness in my neck and Steven gave a 30 minute sports massage and afterwards i automatically had more movement & decreased pain. The receptionists are very polite & helpful and the reception area & physio rooms are very clean and sterile. Everybody made me feel very relaxed & welcomed. I will be booking more appointments in the future.”

“Used one of the small rooms for a meeting of approx 12 people. Very comfortable, and the ceiling is not so high that sound for hard of hearing people is not off-putting. I think hire for the evening was £75, so not too bad.”

I had Demi and she was absolutely outstanding, very friendly, listened to my needs and was caring throughout my treatment!! I would recommend having treatments with her again to anybody!! The rest of the facilities were good and keep clean throughout our visit by the friend cleaning team!!! Highly recommended!!!”

“Brilliant little pool for kids of all ages, could do with a deep clean in the changing room and small pools. There was only two family changing rooms and one disabled so we found this a little difficult as a family of five with children with extra needs. The soft play could really do with a good clean but was fab for the kids whilst we queued.”
