“I took my car here as my headlight wire had burned out and needed replacing. Initially they said they couldn't help, but one chap came along and said he would have a look. Within 15 mins he had replaced the burned wire and put in a new bulb for me! He was really friendly and helpful! I didn't catch his name but he honestly made my weekend! Will certainly be back!”

“A few weeks ago I brought my 2016 Mini Countryman JCW to Lohen in order to have the Performance Pack 1 fitted. After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! The staff were very pleasant and also gave me a tour of the premises whilst my car was getting the upgrade which is not something you typically expect to see, plus the waiting room facilities were excellent. I am now also keen to bring my Mini back to Lohen for my routine mots and servicing each year.”

“I've recently purchased quite a few items from this company and I accidentally put the wrong address, I called up and got through to Abbey. She quickly changed the address to ensure my items go to the right place. I then as you do started to get carried away and wanted more products from their range. One of them was an item that I wasn't too sure on fitting my truck. I called customer service for some advice and again got Abbey, I found her so friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a credit to this company. I emailed the info Abbey requested and had a response stating Abbey was on annual leave. Someone else picked up the email, responded quickly with options and solutions. Im expecting my items to arrive today but I know it'll all be perfectly and I find myself so happy with the customer service that I don't even need to see my items before I give a massive credit to this company. Thank you for you excellent customer service I can't wait to buy more from you.”

“I was recently involved in a non fault accident. Luckily the person responsible admitted to what they done. Their insurer tasked KC Autos with repairing the damage. The boot lid was dented just under the reg plate. In less than a week the damage was repaired and if you didn't know what happened to it then you wouldn't even know. The work done is excellent and done to a very high standard. Each member of staff I've spoken to on the phone and the person who collected my car to complete the work have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated at every stage of the process. If it wasn't for the accident then I wouldn't have come across KC Autos but I'll definitely be considering them first should I ever need work doing to my car. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to all involved in repairing my car. You definitely deserve more than 5 stars because you've worked some magic to get my car back to the pre accident state. They even valeted the car before returning it. Very impressed.”

“Mike and the team are honestly the most knowledgeable and honest people Ive come across in the motor trade. He has had my cossie in for a couple of weeks to rectify multiple issues which have been present since i purchased the car a few years ago. I had fallen out love with it but after MAS tuning have worked their magic its unbelievable the difference. The drive home was an experience, the car feels like new and how id always wanted it to feel. If you've got a cossie and want an honest and trustworthy garage to work on your pride and joy give them a bell. Cannot rate them highly enough.”

“Bought a set of stainless steel pad retaining pins for AP 4 pot calipers. Brilliant! Dead easy to fit and much better than the originals that took me ages to un- seize and remove! Hopefully next time, changing the pad will only take an hour or so rather than a day!”
