My appointment was slightly late but the receptionist kept us upto date which was very reassuring. Once with the practitioner, she explained everything and made sure I fully understood her instructions. All in all a very successful appointment!”

“I have been here a number of times before, and it is a lovely place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I walk with a stick, and there is 2 disabled parking spaces just outside the facility, as well as a ramp and disabled entrance. Once inside, staff are great at pointing out how to register your car registration to prevent tickets, guide you to where you need to go and point out the lift if needed to get upstairs. The main theatre type area has a ramp around the outside of the seating to get to the stage, but there are a couple of steps to get up to the stage (which was fine for me, but not sure what they do for wheelchair users). There was tea and coffee available before the presentation. Previously, I have been here for lunchtime, and the food is excellent quality and there is lots off variety . Vegan/ vegetarian/ halal options are labelled so it's easy to choose foods for these groups (I am vegetarian and there was lots of options).”

“Being retired i found i had time on my hands and decided to get into art. Since school (where I didn't do well in art) I have only created one small watercolour and 3 drawings so as I'm a real beginner I took the plunge with Seasons Art in Congleton. Very glad I did - it's very well run by Steph and Alison and the course material was well thought out. You have to provide paper, pencils, ruler, eraser yourself but paints and pastels are supplied in abundance in class - as are tea, coffee and biscuits to help you through. Alison is lovely and an excellent teacher and very good at all the media. Steph also is lovely (never without her signature beaming smile) and provides all of the materials. Alison demonstrates the techniques etc by projecting her phone onto a huge screen making it easy to understand. She is quick to answer questions and to advise on anything you're struggling with. So I can heartily recommend the class if you're contemplating joining - it's a fantastic introduction to art amongst a group of like minded folk (my class were lovely and we had some great laughs). My only tiny criticism is that being a slow learner I would have liked a little more time on the real basics - but hey there's a lot to pack into 14 classes and I'm very proud of the work that I produced.”

“I cannot put into words how special this setting really is. Every single member of staff is committed to the children they care for. They are extremely hard working and put an awful lot of thought and time into planning exciting learning activities for the children. They offer a large variety of learning experiences that engage the children and help them to grow and develop. My son especially enjoyed his visits to the allotment and learning about nature. ABC has great outdoor facilities for the children too. My son also loved playing with the footballs and riding on the bikes (which he told me about when he got home). My son has never been happier than when we was attending this setting. He would skip in in the mornings and not want to come home when I picked him up! He would always ask to stay longer. I trust the staff completely and I truly felt that they invested time in getting to know my son individually and cared about his needs and interests. What a fabulous team they are ! Would recommend to any parent in the area looking for a friendly, exciting and caring environment for their child.”

“Have trained here for a year, it’s a Great laid back club to train at. None of the strict martial arts politics or “strictness”. Everyone is welcome of all ages/abilities. Always have a good laugh and enjoy the social aspect as much as the training too.”

“The toughest but also the best thing I’ve ever done was study with EIF! Tough because they cover a lot of knowledge (more so than most other PT courses) and the standards set are high with more in-depth exams that just your regular Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. “Our daughter was suffering from a very bad case of verrucas on her foot and after spending nearly 3 years and hundreds of pounds, struggling with long NHS referrals and various private practices using traditional freeze and acid methods, with no visible results, we finally discovered AJB Footcare clinic. After researching, we found that Jill is one of only a few practitioners, that we could find, that will treat Children using the innovative and virtually pain free Swift System, as used by NHS at Alder Hey Children’s hospital. The results were stunning, our daughter’s feet have completely cleared of verrucas, all without the pain and discomfort of the alternative and much harsher methods. We are so happy with the results and would thoroughly recommend Jill for her highly professional and calming manner when treating children, it was always a pleasure for our daughter to visit.”

“ProHort are amazing. I was in the awful situation when after submitting my planning application I was asked for a PRA by the district council before planning could be approved. As I was very short on time due to the bat season and surveys only being conducted over a few months in the summer, I contacted lots of companies who were very happy to help me with the PRA but if I did have any sign of bats they would be unable to carry out the surveys until the following year. This would have held up my project for approx 12 months. ProHort were different to all the other companies that I contacted, Annette phoned me on receiving my email and we discussed my project i.e. the house, the area and the likelihood of bats.
