“Following a consultation with Caitlyn, I finally decided to take the plunge and finally get the tattoo I always wanted following the passing of our daughter. Caitlyn was absolutely brilliant, She was really knowledgeable regarding the location of the tattoo, any design changes she felt were better suited to my design ideas and explained perfectly how best to make the tattoo stand out exactly as it deserved! She was also really chilled out, happy for me to either have my headphones in through the tattoo or chat away, she was happy either way. I would 100% recommend Caitlyn and the rest of the Royal Owl team as they're all brilliant! Thank you so much Caitlyn and Royal Owl! My tattoo is a real work of art and I'm so over the moon with it! The aftercare balm they sell is also top notch, definitely invest in it for tattoo longevity! I will 100% be back in the future! The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolutely excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.”

“What a find this cafe/grooming salon is. I needed my dogs nails clipping, and when I googled if there was anywhere local I could have this done apart from the vets, it stated Charlie and co did a walk in service. We arrived no issue, the young lady in the salon was brilliant with our dog who is a rescue, so we were unsure if he would be nervous, he rushed into the grooming area no problem, we went and had a coffee and before we knew it he was done! Fabulous service we will be back. The girls are a great team. Oh and lots of doggy friends for your pouch to meet downstairs in the cafe.”

“I went in today to be fitted for a nursing bra 4 months postpartum, with my baby girl. The ladies in there were AMAZING, immediately making me feel at ease and relaxed, and helping to keep my baby happy while i was in and out of the changing room. I have difficult sized breasts and since the bra also needed to be nursing friendly it was challenging to find one that worked, but both ladies put ideas in until we came up with the perfect style and size and got it ordered in! I can't wait to go and collect it ☺️ they were also really accommodating for me nursing my baby while in the shop.”

“I was looking for a local garage to sort my car out. Could not have done better. Took my car in and they removed the injectors and sent them away for test. My car needed 4 new ones. Got a full report on the faulty ones. All this was sorted in 4 day. This is not a plug and play garage, these are real mechanics that you can talk to and get the full picture. I will be going here from now on. Excellent.”

Charcuterie board is so good and onion soup was amazing - better than I could have expected! There were gluten free options on the menu and in the fresh cakes too.”

“A great business to deal with. I dropped my lawnmower into them one afternoon (not booked) for an oil change. Expected it to be a couple of days, however they rang me a couple of hours later having completed the work early. They washed it and helped me get it into the car. Fabulous, no nonsense service and I would thoroughly recommend. Many thanks”

“What a gem of a place, I called here after seeing their website, this is a one shop stop for all your timber needs from hardboard coverup to exotic turning blanks and everything in between. Very friendly staff John gave me a brief tour (with safety briefing) and let me have a good look round. I will be back!”

“Came here for lunch and had delicious food. I had a regular size (which was a decent size) pizza Arriba, which was delicious! The dough is fantastic, I like a doughy pizza and this one delivered on that. The toppings were really generous, too. I did ask to change the chorizo to nduja, which was kindly done for me, although after ordering and paying, I was then told there were no peppers available. Not a biggie, but I think it's fair to be told things like that before paying. My wife went for the Mancini pasta, which she said was also delicious. Especially the mushrooms in the dish. I tried one and agreed that the flavours were incredible. They taken on the flavours of the chorizo and were just so moreish! She said it was only warm, though, and could have done with being a bit hotter. The drinks we ordered they didn't have in stock, and I got the impression they maybe don't stock what's on the menu as they had other beers (although they didn't have it available to buy, just had one on display) and wines that weren't on the menu, which again isn't a biggie, but a little strange. The staff were friendly. We paid just over 32.50 for the pizza, pasta, glass of wine, and a beer, which we felt was fair, especially as the food was so nice. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again.”

“What an absolute delight this amazing place is. You first enter and think it’s a butchers then there is a shop which has stopped in time only to discover the museum gosh it took me back to a very young girl! We then approached the cheese section, I was salivating only to then go to the most quaint ordering counter and place our breakfast order which all the meat came from the butchers at the front off the shop ! The breakfast was truly amazing we had the full English breakfast , my son and I had the omelet with everything and we left with very contented tummies and a shopping bag full of lovely goodies bought from the shop & cheese from their own counter my only regret was that I didn’t buy their last home made pork pie ! So I will have to go back This truely is an amazing spot to go to you will not be disappointed”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Toseph took our design and understood exactly what we wanted and came up with a couple of great extra suggestions. Delivery was efficient. Installation by Darron was excellent. Darron went above and beyond the norm to make sure that we got the fabulous kitchen that Tailored Kitchens promised. Darron sorted out our tricky extractor. On finding a couple of small parts had been damaged in transit Darron was straight on to the supplier to get them replaced before we even knew about it. Overall a great experience from a local firm, resulting in us having an amazing kitchen with a fabulous corner larder.”
