I’m really pleased with how attentive the staff were, they listened carefully to what I wanted and the results were fantastic. Emma also did some of the treatment and was so friendly, making me feel comfortable to ask questions.. She also gave great advice and chatted with me about future treatments. Thank you!”

“I went with 9 of my mates. The reception was really nice from the time we walked through the door... she welcomed us and showed us the facilities. We had the whole venue to ourselves and even played water volleyball and water aerobics with music. Towards the end, there was some really tranquil music as we used the steam and sauna rooms. “The best barbers in swansea I have the facial steamer also and it's well worth the wait staff are amazing and pamper u and they have a toilet u can go to so best of both worlds if ur waiting to be see u can use toilet if need be . I would have a coffee machine and cold drinks for the waiting area as this would put the icing on the cake lol I mean the experience. Otherwise a first class service and that's why I keep coming back rime and time again and its reasonable priced too so won't ever get overcharged a man's facial and shave with the steamer machine os about 15 pounds all in hair cuts from 10 pounds If I can remember mabie more depending on inflation etc and the correct price lists. I would highly recommend this place for all ur grooming needs.”

“It’s been a lot better since I started going back . I just do a loop now until my neck feels better . The manager was really nice filling in a form when I slipped in sauna and naiomi in Starbucks was really nice to me and remembered my pikachu hat . I tried using the gym but I my bad posture stops me using the equipment right and I just want make the pain in my neck and that go away but the staff have been a lot friendlier and I ignore anyone who gives me grief now .”

“My experience was amazing! I went to get a birthday treat and got my nails done, my friend and boyfriend came with me. My friend also got her nails done. The nail specialists were very friendly, which I felt very comfortable with. The lady doing my nails was very chatty through out. We were cracking jokes and laughing the whole time, which I never experience in the nails shops where I live. I am very pleased with my nails, they are exactly what I wanted.
