“Keith is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and he came over really quickly, found the problem and fixed it. He also gave us advice on other problems we had in the house and was able to recommend other trusted trades people. We have had very bad luck previously with work done in our home but Keith was just wonderful, very competent, knowledgeable and experienced as well as polite and friendly and professional. To top it all off he charged 6x less than someone else quoted just to come look at the problem nevermind fixing it. He is a star!”

Talked me through the the cost of the repair, I asked about replacement boilers and cost and whether the repair would be worth it for the age/condition of boiler. I went down the repair route in the end, once the part had arrived Kyle was back out to fit it quickly, the work was clean and tidy, talked me through the fault in layman's terms, why it had occurred and answered my questions about what I can do to help prevent again in the future.
