“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). Des spent time explaining how to use the new system to my dad. He left the house in a clean and tidy state. My father was very pleased with the finished product and finds it easy to use. I have been incredibly impressed with Peacock Heating from start to finish. Des is a total professional and clearly knows what he's doing! I loved that he sent a message and a link to track him on the day of the fitting so we would know exactly when he would arrive.This message came with his picture so that my father would be able to safely let him into the property. “Earlier this year we had the misfortune to suffer a leak from a corroded flexi pipe under the bathroom sink. I identified what I thought was the required work and posted adverts for various traders to complete repair works. One of those I approached was Reinstate who, following a site visit, quickly identified other damage that I had not picked up (this was evidenced). Reinstate were excellent in that they identified all work that was required and liaised with the insurers to quickly and easily agree a schedule of works. One of my concerns was whether work would be completed by specific tradesmen and not ‘general contractors’ however they used dedicated electricians, plasterers and joiners. The work has been completed to a very high standard and should you ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring extensive repair work following an insured incident I would certainly recommend using Reinstate.”
