“I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Italia! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and exceeded my expectations. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Madi and Destiny took care of us, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was polite, attentive, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, always with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, but Madi made the whole dining experience extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back — both for the amazing food and the outstanding service. “Had Sunday roast platter lunch with my family and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was superb with a warm, friendly welcome and undivided attention throughout - nothing was too much trouble. The timing of the meals was spot-on and the food was incredible - good-sized portions, very flavoursome, presented well and overall delicious. It was good value for money too and worth every penny and more. Will definitely be returning for another visit. Highly recommended”

“What a beautiful theatre. Visited from gloucestershire, and navigating roads to get to the area was time consuming, but once we go there, parking was relatively easy to find, the area was full of bars, pubs and other amenities allowing us to relax and then attend the show. The theatre is beautiful, staff helpful and friendly, and toilets clean and spacious.”

“Went to booked party from firm first sight was viewing padock of beautiful race horses walking round I picked my first runner never been before never bet but liked the look of her was busy lively atmosphere when entered reception areas inside full betting and visual screens I went to outside touts they are cash inside mostly card payments spacious seating and table bar service we were in function room dj dance floor decent size 10 plus tables street food availble chicken is nice !”

“There’s something special about a Popworld night out and this place take the crown! Upon arrival the door staff were friendly and welcoming, had a good laugh with them. The cloak room was only £2 and entry only a £5 which for a booming club isn’t bad at all. The bar staff are great and get to you quickly and this place had a tone of banging offers on! 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“Not a bad lil bar, we've visited a couple of times, one of the few places you can get inch's cider which is a favourite with us. We've eaten here before and it's good quality food, actually better than I was expecting but not quite the restaurant quality it's priced at. Good selection of drinks, priced similar to The Sunbeam and George Wallis, with the food, the outdoor area and sports on I can't help but think this place would be jam packed if they priced closer to Billy Wright or The Old Still. The outdoor area is really lovely, tucked away as it is the surrounding buildings dampen the traffic noise and the trees add shade and also help give the impression you're not in the middle of town. The plastic wicker chairs are really comfortable the whole area was clean and tidy, a really nice place to relax and sink a couple of cold ones after shopping before heading home.”

“Had a great stay - staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished with a rain shower. My only issue was that it took 45 minutes for my dinner to be served after ordering even though it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very quiet, but it was delicious when I eventually got to eat it! Short walking distance from the train station and taxi rank! I would definitely stay again in the future!”

“A cheap pub where the deaf community meet up every Thursday evening. Service always quick. Not the busiest on a Thursday so plenty of room. Different TV's around the place with different sports on, so something for everybody. Beer very cheap! One of the cheapest around.”

“We decided to go with Alt. Entertainments for our wedding as after looking at the website and a little reading we realised Ian could offer us a more bespoke experience for our needs. On the day Ian turned up well in advance of the start time, and promptly set up his equipment ready to go. He was very courteous and professional, the music provided was what we wanted and he even went the extra mile to meet our personal requests. I would highly recommend using Alt. Entertainments for any celebration. After the initial video consultation you can tell Ian holds music in high regard, which is reflected in the service he provides.”

“Beautiful nursery. My daughter loved it here so much. The staff are very lovely and you can really see they interact and know the children well. Highly recommend if you want that home from home and caring environment for your children. Looking forward to experiencing this again when my youngest starts in September!”

“Amazing service. Two individuals are amazing - Sharon and Aiysha. They have been so helpful it’s phenomenal. I think as fathers we need to take our emotions out of the service offered and be pragmatic and logical. Yes - there are certain items we would like immediately but these employees are under so much pressure we would not believe - so how about we give them a break and look at ourselves. I certainly could not do this job - so my hat goes off to these beautiful, helpful individuals- thank you. “Lovely staff. Bright and clean. Great selection of toys and other products at various price points. Aisles are accessible to wheelchairs and prams/pushchairs, but a double wide buggy may struggle slightly due to one or two slightly tight turns.”
