“Took my daughter here yesterday with a severe ear infection and high temperature as our gp had no appointments and previously not prescribing strong enough antibiotics that caused her infection to return. It was a 4 hour wait which is to be expected seen as gp surgeries have little or no appointments at the moment. Reception staff were professional and polite dealing with a high volume of patients (more than I can say for my gp receptionist) My daughter was seen within 2 hours for assessment and 2 hours later by a very nice nurse who gave her a thorough check up, put her at ease and prescribed her with a higher dose of antibiotics. All staff here do a great job considering the amount of pressure they are under by gp surgeries not seeing patients.”
