“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. Thank you again, Dylan. You truly made a difference.”

“Great place! I ordered a medium pizza it was made for perfection! The pizza tasted luxurious the toppings were delicious everything was outstanding! Great staff,they are very kind.Overall,the best pizza shop in the town you should definitely visit this pizza shop 100 percent worth it! “Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

“Authentic Caribbean food done vegan! The cakes at Leah's Place are wonderfully soft, you can't tell that they're free from. They offer great variety too, such as brownies, carrot cake, and raspberry and coconut cake. The hot meal options are lovely too, including Mac and cheese, mutton and rice and peas and salt fish fritters - all vegan, of course! Highly recommend.”

“Very nice modern bistro with lovely welcoming staff, knowledgeable waiters and great food. Beef burger was amazing with a lovely dry aged taste and excellent beef patty. Nice quality bun. Overall very good meal for £17, a bit pricy but you taste the quality. Keen to return for the steak. Decent wine selection also.”

“Amazing food with an even more amazing range of Vegan / Plant Based options. Good quality and taste was great with a very impressive service time. Vegan and non-vegan menu options were explained in detail upon request. Staff were friendly as was the atmosphere. No complaints and I recommend you visit. As a bonus to the above, prices were very impressive.”

“Was taken here by my friend for my birthday, and must compliment the staff fir a great experience. Made me feel special. Khan was super friendly and gave us a free pudding which was so so good. Main meal was delicious and good portion size. Very tasty and great atmosphere. Could do with some music in the background. Decor nice too.”

“Drove all the way from Birmingham to try their famous Milk Badam and Rabri Falooda, and must say it was worth the trip. The milk was on point and falooda, while a bit on the sweeter side for me was very nice and authentic in taste. What topped it all was the great service and the uncle at the counter gave us their Punjabi gajarhalwa to try and it was amazing, proper home cooked taste. I would come back just for this!”

Offers a varied drinks menu and food is very authentic.”
