Ruth the receptionist is lovely and very caring with the pets. Saw Ben the vet on my last visit and was really pleased with the care he gave my cat.

Lovely staff and they can usually get you in at Keyworth or West Bridgford. Note that more advanced services may mean a trip to the Ilkeston Road branch.
Lovely staff. Brilliant care for the animals, don’t feel rushed through appointments. Reasonable pricing. Healthy pet club saves money and paying monthly makes it seem a lot more affordable.
Have always used the Keyworth practice but have heard same comments about all branches. Vets are great with people as well as animals. Some things a bit pricey but on the whole fair and reasonable for a good vets. Practice manager and front of house is wonderful.
Close to our home and they been very helpfull in all situation. We had fe major operation done to our dog, and they have been a delight to tackle all the concern we've had
